First4Lawyers celebrates fifth Personal Injury Awards win
First4Lawyers are celebrating their fifth win at the Claims Media Personal Injury Awards ceremony.
We are proud to announce that we were named Claims Management Company of the Year 2019 for our commitment to providing the best service to our clients.
The event, which took place on 27th November 201 at Manchester’s Hilton Hotel, celebrates the excellent work organisations across the personal injury claims sector do.
In its 12th year, the ceremony brings together professionals and key service providers, in an effort to recognise the industry’s accomplishments and to inspire those working within it.
The judges, from some of the most respected industry associations, highlighted First4Lawyers’ effort to go above and beyond for clients, pointing to the mystery shopping we carried out earlier this year to ensure a quality experience for personal injury clients. They commended how we wanted to make sure the customer journey worked well.
They explained that when considering the Claims Management Company of the Year, there was one firm that stood out – and that was First4Lawyers.
Another factor contributing to our win was our strong bank of positive independent client testimonials, reflecting both our customer focus and the high standards we set for ourselves.
